RETURN & EXCHANGE

 

For damaged or defective items, we will provide a replacement where available, or make a full refund in case of stockouts.

We do not accept return and exchange/refund for a change of mind.

  • We carefully inspect each piece to make sure it is in perfect condition before shipping. However, if you have received a faulty item, please contact us via email at pvcs@jatsau.com within 3 days from the date of receiving the order. We will arrange return and exchange/refund on a case-by-case basis.
  • When you return the item, it must be in as-new condition accompanied by the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
  • We do not offer exchange/refund for the following  conditions (no exception can be made).
    1. Items that have been worn, washed or altered.
    2. Return requests not made within 3 days from the date of delivery (according to the tracking)
  • Exchange/refund cannot be processed until the items are successfully delivered to us. Any items returned are your responsibility until they reach us. We will not be held liable for any items being returned being lost or damaged in transit.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns that don’t meet our policy. If the return is deemed unacceptable, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s own expense.
  • If the return is eligible, refunds will be applied back to the original form of payment.
